No preparation is required. You’ll be met exactly as you are. If you feel called, you may set an intention, journal a few lines, light a candle, or simply take three deep breaths before we begin. Presence is the only true preparation.

What happens in a session?
I open a sacred space where we listen together for what is ready to be released and remembered. The session flows intuitively and may include guided reflection, energetic practices, silence, or symbolic imagery. Because we are working in the quantum field, the clearing often reaches across timelines - dissolving distortions and re-patterning beliefs that echo through past lives, ancestral memory, and parallel lifetimes. Each session is a living dialogue with your soul field, unfolding in its own perfect way.

Is this suitable for a first session with you?
Yes. The Sovereign Path Activation is a beautiful entry point, whether you are stepping onto this path for the first time or deepening long-held practices. You’ll be held in a field of safety, devotion, and remembrance.

How will I feel afterwards?

Each journey unfolds uniquely. Some people feel immediate lightness, clarity, or a surge of energy. Others enter a softer space of tenderness, reflection, or even temporary tiredness as the body and field recalibrate.

Because this work clears distortions and releases energies that are not in resonance with truth and love, your timeline naturally begins to shift. You may notice:

Yes. You’ll receive simple integration prompts and practices to help you embody what arose. You’ll also have access to your private portal - a space to return to at any time, where you can find your session recording (if you’ve chosen it), your materials, and a place to share reflections, shifts, or insights. I witness what you bring there and may offer gentle reflections, so that you feel accompanied as your spiral continues to unfold.

Can I book more than one session?
Absolutely. Many begin with the Activation and then move into Integration, Expansion, Mentorship, or the full Journey. This work is not linear but spiral - it doesn’t matter where you start. Each return opens a new layer of remembrance, guiding you ever closer to the throne of your sovereignty.

How are the sessions held?

Sessions are held online via Zoom unless otherwise noted. Once you book, you’ll receive access to my calendar, where you can choose the date and time that suits you best. You’ll also receive a link with simple joining instructions, along with access to your private portal  a dedicated container where your booking details, integration prompts, and (if chosen) the video recording of your session are all gathered.

It’s important to receive your session in a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed. This allows you to relax fully, speak freely, and rest into the field we create together. A comfortable chair, water nearby, and the knowing that this time is just for you will help you drop deeply into the experience.
