By accessing and participating in our offerings - including energy sessions, courses, community spaces, events, and downloadable resources - you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Services Covered

• This agreement applies to:1:1 Sessions (Energy Alignment, Soul Guidance, Spiritual Mentorship)
• Courses and Journeys (The Sovereign Path, The Rose Path, The Grail Path, etc.)
• Sound Healing Sessions and Gatherings
• Sacred Community (Sanctuary of the Divine Path Community)
• Retreats and Sacred Events
• Workbooks, Meditations, and Downloadable Resources
• Access to the Sanctuary Vault (Library of your offerings)

4. Client Responsibility

Participation in any offering is an act of sacred sovereignty.
You acknowledge full responsibility for your own physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental well-being before, during, and after participation.

All insights, guidance, or energy work offered are for personal reflection.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and healing journey.

5. Confidentiality and Sacred Space

All personal information shared during sessions, courses, or community interactions will be treated with deep confidentiality.
However, please be mindful that interactions on third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp, Kajabi, Zoom) are subject to their privacy terms.

You are invited to share from the heart and also to honour the sacred stories of others within the community space.

6. Healing Modalities and Spiritual Services

Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code:
These energy balancing modalities are complementary practices intended to support emotional, mental, and energetic wellness. They do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

Spiritual Guidance and Intuitive Mentorship:
Insights and spiritual reflections are offered for empowerment and remembrance, not as prescriptive advice.

Sound Healing:
Sound sessions are provided to support energetic realignment and relaxation, and are not medical treatments.

Balinese Healing:
(If offered) Balinese spiritual healing sessions are rooted in sacred tradition and intention, and are honored as complementary spiritual practices.

Tarot Readings:
Tarot is offered as a reflective spiritual tool, providing insight into current energies and pathways, not predictions or absolutes.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis (QHHT):
(If offered) QHHT sessions access the subconscious for deep insight. These sessions are spiritual in nature and conducted only in person.

7. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations

• All bookings must be completed online via the Sanctuary’s Kajabi portal or any designated platform.
• Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
• Missed sessions or no-shows are non-refundable.
• Packages must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

No refunds are provided once payment is made, except where required by law.
Energetic preparation and sacred space are opened in advance of each session, course, and gathering.

8. Sacred Community Participation (Sanctuary of the Divine Path Community)

Participation in the Sanctuary Community is offered as a sacred invitation, whether free or paid.
By joining, you agree to:
• Walk in respect, kindness, and non-judgment.
• Honour the confidentiality and sacredness of all shares.
• Engage with authenticity, grace, and sovereign responsibility.
• Refrain from harmful, abusive, promotional, or disruptive behaviour.

The Sanctuary reserves the right to revoke community access for any conduct misaligned with its values of safety, respect, and remembrance.

9. Group Offerings, Retreats & Events

Group offerings such as retreats, sound healing sessions, sacred circles, workshops, and virtual ceremonies are held as sacred containers for personal transformation and shared remembrance.

By registering for any group experience, you agree to:
• Respect the energy and privacy of all participants
• Refrain from recording, reproducing, or distributing any part of the offering without permission
• Participate with full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and energetic well-being

All group offerings are designed for spiritual growth and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal support.

Due to the energetic and logistical preparation required, payments for retreats and group events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Sanctuary of the Divine Path reserves the right to remove or refuse participation to any individual whose conduct is misaligned with the values of safety, respect, and sacred integrity.

• Booking and delivering services
• Sending session notes and resources

We honour your privacy.
Personal data is not shared with third parties except as required by law or by your explicit consent.

Data Retention and Deletion

Platforms and Processors

Booking, course access, and community hosting are facilitated through Kajabi, which acts as a data processor.
Please review Kajabi's privacy practices if needed.

We may also communicate via third-party services (Zoom, WhatsApp, email), which have their own privacy terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to course materials, meditations, ceremonies, teachings, and written works, are the exclusive intellectual property of Therese Kelly and Sanctuary of the Divine Path.
They are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

By participating in any offering, you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your experience.
Sanctuary of the Divine Path, Therese Kelly, and any affiliated partners are released from any claims or liability arising from participation.

By booking, purchasing, participating, or accessing any offerings within the Sanctuary of the Divine Path,
you agree to these Terms and Conditions and affirm your willingness to walk your sacred journey in alignment with your highest self.
